What we process and why

When you write to us or arrange a meeting, we process your name, e-mail address, firm, role, phone number if provided, and message to assess and answer your request, arrange and hold the meeting and, if requested, prepare a proposal.

For processing directly related to entering into or performing a contract, we rely on KVKK article 5(2)(c) where processing the personal data of the parties is necessary. For general enquiries and communication with representatives of corporate clients, we rely on article 5(2)(f), where necessary for our legitimate interest in managing business communications and responding to requests, provided your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed.

When you visit the site, we process your IP address and browser information to operate the site securely, based on our legitimate interest under article 5(2)(f).

With your explicit consent under article 5(1), we process the information described in the Cookie Policy through measurement and advertising tools for the purposes you select. You can withdraw consent at any time through Cookie Preferences.

We collect this data electronically, directly from you through your communications or automatically through the site. This notice covers website visits, enquiries and meeting arrangements. Additional information about processing in the course of client services is provided when the relevant data is collected.

Who we share data with

We share contact and message information with providers of e-mail and e-mail signature services to send and deliver correspondence; and meeting information with booking and online meeting providers to organise and hold meetings. We use hosting and infrastructure providers to operate and secure the website.

If you consent, we share the relevant online identifiers and usage information with measurement and advertising providers for the purposes described in the Cookie Policy. Data sharing is limited to the information needed for the relevant service.

Some of these providers process data outside Türkiye. Personal data transfers abroad are subject to the conditions and safeguards in KVKK article 9; transfers within Türkiye are subject to article 8.

We also share data with legally authorised public authorities within the scope of legally valid requests and our legal obligations. We do not sell your data.

Your rights

Under article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to:

  • Learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, request information about that processing.
  • Learn the purpose of processing and whether your data is used for that purpose.
  • Know the third parties to whom your data is transferred in Türkiye or abroad.
  • Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion or destruction under the conditions in article 7 of the KVKK.
  • Request that recipients be notified of corrections, deletion or destruction.
  • Object to an adverse result arising exclusively from analysis by automated systems.
  • Request compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

Cookie Policy

What we use

Cookies are small files stored by a website in your browser. This site also uses browser storage to remember your language and cookie preferences. Measurement and advertising tools work only with your consent.

Necessary storage remembers your selected language and your acceptance or rejection of optional tools. Measurement helps us understand website use and improve the site. Advertising, when enabled with your consent, measures campaigns and supports retargeting.

The entries below describe the current storage and cookies. Information about the data controller, legal bases, sharing and your rights is provided in our Privacy Policy.

How you choose

On your first visit, a panel offers Accept, Reject and Preferences. Until you choose, only necessary storage is used. In Preferences, you can select measurement and advertising separately; optional tools are off until you allow them.

You can change your choices or withdraw consent at any time through Cookie Preferences at the bottom of every page. When you withdraw consent, future processing based on that consent stops. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.

Your choice is valid for 12 months. After that, we ask again and optional tools remain off until you give consent again.

Browser settings

You can manage cookies and other site data in your browser settings. If you delete this site’s cookie preference entry, we will ask for your choice again. Deleting cookies alone may not remove the preference stored in localStorage.
